The auto business is not just about car service.

I also have experience as a technical manager in a trucking company with a large number of four-axle dump trucks. The company was engaged in transportation of bulk cargoes: sand, crushed stone, sift, earth and others.

My tasks included planning maintenance and repair of rolling stock, contracting for the supply of spare parts and fuels and lubricants for the operation of equipment, monitoring fuel prices, working with diesel fuel suppliers to optimize costs, solving various situations in accidents and much more.

During my work in this field, I managed to reduce the cost of fleet maintenance more than twice by conducting a systematic work on the search and selection on the basis of tenders of suppliers of services and materials. Also to reduce the extremely important time of a vehicle being at the service station, tire repair or changeover. By installing sensors on fuel tanks I solved the issue of fuel drainage from cars, by installing gps-sensors managers of the company saw where the car was and we saw how many times he went to the gas station or tire service. Having established total control over the rolling stock, my team and I have significantly increased the efficiency of the company’s vehicles.
